Excellence Audit & Strategic Plan
This offering is a 3-part audit and consultancy led by Jennifer Desrosiers. It will include an in-depth review of excellence and competence in 3 key areas of your business including: financials, operations, and marketing & branding.
Phase I Financial Assessment | This packing includes an initial Zoom review, analysis of 3-years of financials, accounting efficiency assessment, chart of accounts review, financial reporting, policies and procedure assessment, and overall evaluation of financial position and health. This phase will be completed in collaboration with Maureen Miller, ALTITUDE’s CFO.
Phase 2 Operations Assessment | Includes a 2-hour onsite visit by Jennifer to review operations, process and procedure, and systems. Jennifer and the ALTITUDE team will review product offering, sales mix, team structure including roles and responsibilities, and perform one-on-one interviews with you and key staff members as required.
Phase 3 Marketing & Branding | Jennifer along side with Stef Heitz, ALTITUDE’s Chief of Brands and social media expert, will broadly analyze your website, social media accounts, and customer service model.
Assessments will be collected and presented in a report by Jennifer Desrosiers with analysis and actionable strategic recommendations for you to consider for implementation. This report will give you the roadmap on how to set the course to take your business to the next level.*
